Formal Approaches to Southeast Asian Languages (FASAL) III was hosted at USC on March 9th and 10th, 2013. The workshop is a platform for discussion of the formal linguistics of South Asian Languages. This year, invited speakers included Anoop Mahajan (UCLA), K.A. Jayaseelan (English and Foreign languages University, Hyderabad) and Tanmoy Bhattacharya (University of Delhi).
